Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration and participation of players in programs, training sessions, camps, clinics, teams, tournaments, events, and other soccer-related services provided by MOCH Soccer LLC (“MOCH Soccer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By registering a player for a MOCH Soccer program or service, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and the registered player.
1. Registration and Eligibility
Registration for MOCH Soccer programs must be completed by the player's parent or legal guardian when the player is under the age of 18.
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
MOCH Soccer reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate a registration or participation in a program when reasonably necessary, including for safety, behavioral, administrative, or program-related reasons.
2. Program Participation
Registration provides the player with the opportunity to participate in the specific MOCH Soccer program for which they have registered.
Participation may be subject to age requirements, skill level, roster availability, program capacity, team placement, scheduling, and other program requirements.
Registration does not guarantee a particular coach, team placement, playing position, playing time, schedule, opponent, tournament, or other specific program outcome unless expressly stated at the time of registration.
MOCH Soccer may make reasonable adjustments to program schedules, locations, coaches, teams, activities, or formats when necessary to operate the program.
3. Payments and Fees
All registration fees and other applicable charges must be paid in accordance with the payment terms presented during registration.
The person completing the registration is responsible for ensuring that all required payments are made when due.
Failure to make a required payment may result in the player's suspension or removal from the program.
Additional fees may apply to certain activities, tournaments, uniforms, equipment, travel, or other services when clearly communicated before the applicable charge is incurred.
4. Refund Policy
All payments and registration fees are subject to the MOCH Soccer Refund Policy.
By completing registration, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the applicable Refund Policy.
The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5. Schedule and Program Changes
MOCH Soccer makes reasonable efforts to operate programs according to the published schedule.
However, schedules, locations, coaches, teams, practices, games, tournaments, and other activities may change due to weather, facility availability, field conditions, tournament or league decisions, safety concerns, staffing, scheduling conflicts, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond MOCH Soccer's reasonable control.
MOCH Soccer will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to parents or legal guardians.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Refund Policy, schedule changes, cancellations, shortened sessions, or modifications to a program do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund or credit.
6. Player Health and Medical Information
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for informing MOCH Soccer of any relevant medical, physical, allergy, or other condition that may affect the player's ability to safely participate in soccer activities.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that the player is physically and medically able to participate in the applicable program.
MOCH Soccer may restrict or suspend a player's participation when, in its reasonable judgment, participation may present a safety risk to the player or others.
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, the parent or legal guardian authorizes MOCH Soccer personnel to seek appropriate emergency medical assistance when reasonably necessary. The parent or legal guardian remains responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
7. Player Conduct
All players, parents, legal guardians, coaches, staff, and participants are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately.
MOCH Soccer does not tolerate:
Bullying or harassment
Discrimination
Threatening or abusive behavior
Violence or physical aggression
Verbal abuse toward players, coaches, referees, staff, or other participants
Unsportsmanlike conduct
Damage to facilities or property
Repeated violations of MOCH Soccer rules or policies
MOCH Soccer reserves the right to suspend or remove a player or participant from a program when their conduct, or the conduct of their parent or legal guardian, negatively affects the safety, operation, or experience of the program.
Removal or expulsion from a program does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
8. Parent and Legal Guardian Responsibilities
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for:
Providing accurate registration information
Making required payments on time
Ensuring the player arrives at the appropriate location on time
Informing MOCH Soccer of relevant medical or emergency information
Supporting appropriate and respectful behavior
Following MOCH Soccer policies and instructions
Providing appropriate transportation to and from activities unless transportation is expressly provided by MOCH Soccer
Supervising the player before and after scheduled activities when MOCH Soccer supervision is not expressly provided
Parents and legal guardians should not interfere with coaching decisions, referee decisions, team management, or other operational decisions made by MOCH Soccer personnel.
9. Arrival and Pickup
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the player's transportation to and from MOCH Soccer activities unless MOCH Soccer expressly provides transportation or supervision beyond the scheduled activity.
Parents and legal guardians should ensure that players are picked up promptly at the end of scheduled activities.
MOCH Soccer is not responsible for supervising players before or after the period of supervision expressly provided as part of the applicable program.
10. Safety and Assumption of Risk
Soccer and related athletic activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, contact with other players, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, concussions, other injuries, and risks associated with playing surfaces, equipment, weather, and physical exertion.
Participation in MOCH Soccer activities involves these inherent risks.
By registering a player, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they understand the nature of soccer and voluntarily choose to allow the player to participate, subject to any applicable waiver or release provided by MOCH Soccer.
11. Waiver and Release
Where applicable, participation in a MOCH Soccer program may also require acceptance of a separate Participant Waiver and Release.
If a Participant Waiver and Release is provided during registration, it forms part of the agreement between the participant, the parent or legal guardian, and MOCH Soccer.
12. Photos, Videos, and Promotional Materials
MOCH Soccer may photograph, videotape, or otherwise record players and participants during MOCH Soccer activities.
The use of a player's image, likeness, voice, or participation for promotional and marketing purposes is governed by the consent provided in the MOCH Soccer Privacy Policy.
By accepting the Privacy Policy during registration, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the applicable terms regarding the collection and use of photographs, videos, images, likenesses, and recordings.

Use of third-party services may be subject to the third party's own terms and conditions and privacy policies.

16. Force Majeure
MOCH Soccer will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations when such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government actions, facility closures, labor disruptions, transportation disruptions, public safety concerns, or other unforeseen events.
MOCH Soccer will make reasonable efforts to resume or modify affected programs when circumstances permit.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
MOCH Soccer may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our programs, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Continued participation in a MOCH Soccer program following an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to MOCH Soccer and the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
