First Session Satisfaction Guarantee

MOCH Soccer offers a First Session Satisfaction Guarantee for eligible first sessions, subject to the following terms.

If the first session does not meet the service expectations agreed upon with MOCH Soccer before the session, the parent or legal guardian must contact MOCH Soccer in writing within 24 hours after the session ends to explain the concern.

After reviewing the request, MOCH Soccer may offer one of the following remedies:

• A complimentary follow-up session intended to address the concern; or

• A refund of the fee paid for the eligible first session, excluding any applicable processing fee.

The available remedy will be determined by MOCH Soccer after reviewing the circumstances and the service expectations agreed upon before the session.

This guarantee applies only to the eligible first session and does not extend to subsequent sessions, packages, memberships, or other services unless expressly confirmed in writing by MOCH Soccer.

The guarantee does not apply to dissatisfaction arising from expectations that were not communicated or agreed upon before the session, or to circumstances unrelated to the delivery of the agreed service.

This First Session Satisfaction Guarantee is a limited exception to MOCH Soccer's general no-refund policy. All other payments remain subject to the refund restrictions set out below, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund policy

Except for refunds expressly available under the First Session Satisfaction Guarantee above, all registration fees and payments made to MOCH Soccer LLC re non-refundable and non-transferable once registration and payment have been completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by MOCH Soccer.

No refunds, credits, or fee reimbursements will be issued due to, including but not limited to:

• Player injury, illness, or medical condition

• Player withdrawal or decision not to participate

• Player expulsion or removal from the program

• Missed practices, games, tournaments, or other scheduled activities

• Practice, game, or tournament cancellations or schedule changes

• Changes to the player's personal circumstances or availability

• Relocation, travel, or other scheduling conflicts

• Interrupted, shortened, modified, or rescheduled seasons

• Weather-related cancellations or changes

• Any other circumstance outside of MOCH Soccer's control

MOCH Soccer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances.

By completing registration, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
